Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Description
- Are you a proactive sales professional who knows how to find and convert leads across multiple channels? Do you enjoy building systems, not just following them? If yes, we’d love to have you on our team.
- We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will also help us build and manage our outbound sales engine across email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and online communities like Reddit.
What You’ll Do
Build & Manage Sales Systems:
- Set up tools to track conversations on Reddit and identify potential customers
- Create and manage cold email campaigns (including testing different approaches)
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools to generate and manage leads
- Make cold calls and properly log all activities
- Ensure leads from different channels are well organised in the CRM without duplication
Community Engagement & Brand Building:
- Make at least 25 helpful, non-promotional posts monthly in relevant communities
- Engage genuinely in online conversations to attract potential customers
- Follow all community guidelines to maintain a strong brand reputation
CRM & Automation:
- Set up systems to assign new leads to sales reps within 15 minutes
- Ensure all sales activities are properly tracked with high accuracy
- Monitor and report how leads move through the sales pipeline
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales, especially outbound or SDR roles
- Familiarity with cold email tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM systems
- Experience with online communities or social listening is a plus
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Basic understanding of SaaS or subscription-based businesses is an advantage
- Strong written and communication skills.
