We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Investment & Fundraising Associate

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Support fundraising initiatives by providing strategic input and advisory on funding options
• Assist in the preparation of fundraising materials such as pitch decks, business plans, financial models, and investor briefs
• Conduct research on potential investors, venture capital firms, and funding opportunities within Nigeria
• Maintain a database of investors and track engagement activities
• Leverage AI tools to improve research, document preparation, and data analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant information for fundraising documentation
• Stay updated on fundraising trends, regulatory requirements, and investment landscape in Nigeria.

Requirements

• 3 – 4 years experience in an investment firm, venture capital, private equity, or related environment
• Strong understanding of fundraising processes and required documentation
• Familiarity with the Nigerian investor ecosystem is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in using AI tools for research, writing, and data analysis
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
