Goodies Eatery and Hospitality Services is a newly established and vibrant food outlet located along Lotto Shimawa Road, opposite Emerald Estate along the New RCCG Auditorium raod. Our establishment comprises an Eatery, Bakery and Bar, all designed to provide a warm, welcoming and enjoyable experience for customers.

We are currently expanding our team and seeking dynamic, dedicated and multi‑talented individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent service. Interested candidates should be ready to work in a fast‑paced environment and contribute positively to the growth of our brand.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Cook

Location: Shimawa, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Quality:

• The cook will ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and standards, paying attention to taste, texture, and appearance.
• They also oversee food preparation and ensure proper cooking techniques.

Kitchen Management:

• Thecook leads and supervises the kitchen staff, delegating tasks and providing training and support.

Sanitation & Safety:

• The cook is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. They also ensure proper food handling and storage practices.

Menu planning and cost control:

• He/She must work with the management to create appealing and profitable menus, while also managing inventory and controlling costs.
• The cook works with the supervisor to creates menus, develops new recipes, and adapts existing ones.
• They also plan daily specials.

Budgeting and financial reporting:

• Thecook must be able to create and manage budgets
