Goodies Eatery and Hospitality Services is a newly established and vibrant food outlet located along Lotto Shimawa Road, opposite Emerald Estate along the New RCCG Auditorium raod. Our establishment comprises an Eatery, Bakery and Bar, all designed to provide a warm, welcoming and enjoyable experience for customers.

We are currently expanding our team and seeking dynamic, dedicated and multi‑talented individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent service to fill the position below:

Job Title: Baker

Location: Shimawa, Ogun

Responsibilities
Baking and Pastry Production:

• Prepare and bake a wide range of breads, pastries, cakes, pizza, and desserts, adhering to recipes and quality standards.

Recipe Development:

• Develop new recipes and seasonal menu items to keep the offerings fresh and appealing.

Decorating:

• Decorate pastries and desserts use various techniques, such as piping, glazing, and chocolate work, to enhance their visual appeal.

Quality Control:

• Ensure that all baked goods meet quality standards in terms of taste, texture, appearance, and portion size.

Plate Presentation:

• Arrange and present desserts on plates in a visually appealing manner.

Inventory and Ordering:

• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients, supplies, and equipment.
• Ordering: Order necessary ingredients, supplies, and equipment in a timely manner to ensure smooth operations.
• Waste Reduction: Implement efficient production and inventory control practices to minimize waste.

Menu Development and Collaboration:

• Menu Planning: Contribute to menu planning by suggesting new items and considering customer preferences, seasonal ingredients, and profitability

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2-5 years experience.
• Interested candidates should be ready to work in a fast‑paced environment and contribute positively to the growth of our brand.
