Job Title: Concierge / Host Team Lead

Location: Ikate, Lekki - Lagos

About the Role

• We are seeking a smart, intelligent, and highly proactive Concierge/Host Lead to drive first impressions, guest experience, and customer retention at our luxury club house.
• This role is not basic hosting it is a strategic, revenue-influencing position responsible for managing guest relationships, coordinating elite service delivery, and leading the concierge team to deliver exceptional, memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Concierge/Host team with professionalism and authority
• Oversee guest reception, seating, and overall first impression experience
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value guests (VIPs & Royals)
• Ensure consistent guest check-ins and satisfaction monitoring
• Drive table occupancy, reservations, and repeat patronage
• Coordinate seamlessly with Floor, Bar, and Service teams for smooth operations
• Handle guest complaints swiftly and intelligently
• Maintain accurate guest data, preferences, and feedback logs
• Set the tone for energy, class, and hospitality standards on every shift.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality, nightlife, or luxury service environments
• Strong leadership presence and decision-making ability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly observant, proactive, and solution-driven
• Well-groomed, attractive, and naturally host-worthy in appearance and carriage
• Confident, emotionally intelligent, and socially aware
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Must reside within close proximity or be able to commute reliably.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 per month.
