Job Summary
- Our client, a fast-growing strategic advisory and policy firm, is hiring a Head of Business to drive operational excellence by optimizing processes, standardizing workflows, and building scalable systems across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Streamline business processes and eliminate inefficiencies
- Standardized workflows, SOPs, and delivery frameworks
- Oversee operational performance, budgeting, and profitability
- Implement tools (CRM, ERP, project management systems)
- Build dashboards and track KPIs for decision-making
- Drive cross-functional coordination and governance compliance
- Lead and develop high-performing teams.
Requirements
- 8–12 years’ experience in operations, consulting, financial services, or related fields
- Strong background in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, etc.)
- Proven experience implementing operational systems and tools
- Strong financial acumen with P&L understanding
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Experience working in complex, knowledge-driven environments
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
- Candidates with experience from Big 4 or top-tier consulting firms are strongly preferred.
