Job Title: Finance Officer (Healthcare Industry)
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Role Summary
- The Finance Officer will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, supporting business growth, and maintaining strong financial controls.
- The role also involves contributing to client acquisition and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
- Monitor and manage cash flow effectively
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data and records
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation in accounting operations
- Strengthen internal controls across financial processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve procurement and operational efficiency
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support business development by identifying opportunities, conducting market research, and building client relationships
- Contribute to team coordination and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification & requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the healthcare industry
- Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA, ANAN) is an advantage
- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
Salary
N350,000 per month.
