Job Title: Rice Mill Manager
Job Ref: RMM 12
Job Objective
- Trouble shoot and resolve technical related issues promptly
- Ensure delivery of budgeted volumes through an efficient system that guarantees the production of best quality product
- Ensure proper inventory and production scheduling Interface between marketing and sales team for business success
- Manage and optimise budget, ensuring all expenditure is in line with the agreed budgets
Requirements
- B.Sc./B.Tech. in Food Science, Engineering or related discipline.
- 5 O' level credits including Mathematics & English Language in not more than 2 sittings.
- Minimum of 10 years experience leading a team in operations management.
- Excellent administrative skills
- Sound technical knowledge
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Continuous improvement approach Ability to lead workforce with fairness, respect and authority Coach, motivate and discipline subordinates to enhance work performance
