Job Description

  • We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our wellness clients.
  • You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, bookings, and feedback, ensuring every client feels valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist clients with bookings, program details, and wellness service guidance.
  • Maintain client records and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently.

Requirements

  • 1 - 2 years relevant work  experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in customer service or client support roles is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries and work under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
