Job Title: Business Development and Sales Representative

Location: Nigeria

Job Summary

  • The Business Development & Sales Representative is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and driving revenue growth.
  • The role involves building strong client relationships, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets while contributing to the overall growth strategy of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, outreach, and social media
  • Present, promote and sell products/services, and negotiate contract terms to close deals.
  • Maintain and grow a long term relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Research industry trends (market analysis) and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of product/services
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and business development activities

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (preferably 3-5 years)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Good understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
