Job Title: Credit Manager

Description
- We are seeking an experienced Credit Manager who would serve as Head of Credit to oversee portfolio performance by maximizing utilization, reducing defaults, managing collections and repossessions, and ensuring a seamless customer payments and service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and improve key portfolio metrics such as utilization, default, and repossession rates.
- Analyze portfolio data, identify performance issues, and recommend solutions.
- Oversee collections and repossession processes while minimizing operational costs.
- Ensure a reliable payments experience and collaborate with payment partners.
- Improve customer service delivery across call center, shops, and digital channels.
- Lead initiatives to strengthen portfolio quality and performance.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
- 7+ years’ experience in credit risk, portfolio management, fintech, or banking.
- Strong financial analysis and Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management abilities.
