Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive B2B sales within the automotive or equipment industry, with a strong focus on fleet sales.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing corporate client relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities, particularly in fleet sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the auto or equipment industry
- Proven track record in B2B and fleet sales
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Salary
N500,000 – N800,000 / Month.
