Job Title: Sales Manager (B2B – Auto/Fleet)

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive B2B sales within the automotive or equipment industry, with a strong focus on fleet sales.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing corporate client relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities, particularly in fleet sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the auto or equipment industry
  • Proven track record in B2B and fleet sales
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Salary
N500,000 – N800,000 / Month.
