Job Title: Maintenance Technician (IMA Corazza)

Job Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Maintenance Technician with hands-on experience in IMA Corazza packaging machines to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on IMA Corazza packaging machines
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults
• Ensure machines operate at optimal efficiency with minimal downtime
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and documentation
• Support installation, commissioning, and upgrades of packaging equipment
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
• 3–5 years’ experience in maintenance of packaging machines, preferably IMA Corazza equipment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, PLCs, and automation
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Proven hands-on experience in troubleshooting and fault diagnosis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in FMCG or food processing industry
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
