Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time / Internship basis
Duration: 6 months
Job Summary
- We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience, develop professional skills, and build a career within a dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training programs across different departments
- Assist in daily business operations and administrative tasks
- Support senior team members on projects and assignments
- Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations
- Learn company processes, policies, and industry standards
- Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions
- Provide support in customer service, sales, HR, or operationally
- Monitor and report on assigned tasks and progress
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or HND) in a relevant field
- 0–2 years of work experience (NYSC can count as experience)
- Strong willingness to learn and grow
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
