Job Specification

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Accounts Manager to oversee the organization’s financial operations, ensure accuracy in financial reporting, and support business growth.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, budgeting, and compliance, while coordinating with internal teams and serving as a key point of contact for all financial matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide insights into revenue growth, cost management, and profitability.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and resolution of client billing issues
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and account reconciliations.
  • Develop budgets in collaboration with department heads.
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian accounting standards, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements.
  • Maintain internal controls to minimize financial risk and fraud.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and resolution of client billing issues
  • Manage company accounts, including accounts receivable and payable.
  • Assist management in strategic planning and investment decisions.
  • Supervise finance and accounting staff, providing guidance and performance management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial positions.
  • Professional certifications (Advantageous): ICAN, ACA, ACCA and other relevant certificates.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting software, and reporting standards.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and MS Office.

Salary
N450,000 - N650,000 per month.
