Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive Social Media Manager with a strong understanding of the beauty industry to oversee our social media accounts, create engaging content, and drive sales.
• This role involves managing customer engagement, planning content, and supporting brand growth across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social media accounts.
• Create high-quality images and self-shot videos for posts and ads.
• Engage with followers, respond to DMs, and drive sales through upselling.
• Plan and schedule content 3–4 weeks in advance.
• Repost influencer and customer content when relevant.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date on beauty trends and incorporate them into content.

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of social media management experience (beauty industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of social media trends, analytics, and engagement strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable in front of the camera and able to produce creative content.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and sales-driven.
• Basic knowledge of makeup is required.
• Understanding of the beauty industry and trends is highly desirable.

Salary
N115,000 monthly + N5,000 Data Allowance.
