About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced Mold Operator with a strong background in the steel industry to join our production team in Sabon Wuse.
• The ideal candidate will operate, monitor, and maintain mold equipment to ensure efficient and high‑quality steel casting.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor mold machinery in steel production.
• Prepare molds according to required specifications and safety standards.
• Inspect molds for wear, damage, and alignment issues.
• Assist production supervisors in meeting daily output targets.
• Keep accurate records of production activities and machine performance.
• Troubleshoot mold-related issues and perform basic maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of work experience in the steel industry (required).
• Proven experience operating molding or casting equipment.
• Strong understanding of steel production processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in high‑temperature environments.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical or vocational training in mechanical, production, or industrial operations.
• Experience in continuous casting operations.
