Job Description

• Leitung Gate Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Control Analyst to join our team.
• This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about maintaining product and process quality.
• The successful candidate will support quality assurance activities, monitor production standards, and ensure that products meet company and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in completing assignedaudit checklist sectionsunder supervision to ensure all applicable standard requirements are evaluated.
• Observe client processes duringsite visitsand document accurate notes to support the team findings.
• Draftsummaries of audit observations and non-conformitiesfor review by the Quality Manager.
• Conductbasic research on industry regulations and ISO updatesto support audit preparation.
• Maintain theinternal Audit Log, tracking audit progress from planning through report issuance.
• Organize and archiveaudit workpapers and supporting documentationaccording to the company’s record-retention policy.
• Assist in reviewinginspection reports, test results, and production recordsto confirm compliance with quality standards.
• Participate ininternal audits and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all activities comply withcompany policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer scienceor related field.
• Graduate must be done with NYSC.
• Basic understanding of quality control principles and inspection techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
