Job Title: Van Sales Supervisor

Location: Apapa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Cash Van Supervisor to manage daily van sales operations, cash reconciliation, stock control, and compliance across our Lagos distribution network.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliation of all cash van transactions ensuring zero discrepancies.
• Monitor van sales performance against targets and ensure adherence to company pricing and credit policies.
• Supervise daily stock loading, deliveries, and returns management
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly van sales and cash reports for management.

Requirements

• 3 – 5 years experience in a similar FMCG van sales or distribution role
• Strong numerical and reconciliation skills
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems
• B.Sc or HND in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
