We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full Time
Reports to: Operations Manager / General Manager
Direct Reports: Maintenance & Facility Staff

Main Function

  • The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and functionality of all physical facilities.
  • The role ensures that equipment, utilities, and infrastructure are properly maintained to support smooth operations.

Role Responsibilities

  • Oversee maintenance of buildings, equipment, and facilities.
  • Ensure proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Supervise maintenance staff and external service providers.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and facility management standards.
  • Manage maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance plans.
  • Monitor facility-related costs and ensure efficient resource use.
  • Respond promptly to facility emergencies or breakdowns.

Qualifications and Requirements
Education and Certifications:

  • HND/BSc in Engineering, Facility Management, or related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4–7 years experience in facility or maintenance management.
  • Experience managing commercial or hospitality facilities is an advantage.
