Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high service standards, and coordinating all departments to deliver an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.)
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with hotel standards
• Manage staff schedules, performance, and training
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and resource allocation
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel operations or management role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions
