Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Marketing Manager / Operations Manager

Main Function

• The Social Media Manager is responsible for managing the company’s online presence, creating engaging content, and driving brand awareness across digital platforms.
• The role supports marketing efforts by increasing visibility, engagement, and customer reach.

Role Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms.
• Manage social media accounts and respond to messages and comments.
• Monitor trends and use them to improve content and engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
• Manage online reputation and customer interactions professionally.

Qualifications and Requirements|
Education and Certifications:

• HND / BSc Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

• 2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Experience in content creation and platform management (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.
