Job Title: Investor Relations Associate
Location: Abuja (FCT), Lagos (Remote)

Role Overview
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Investor Relations Associate to support capital raising activities and manage investor communications.
- This role will work closely with the Investor Relations Lead to identify prospects, support outreach to High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), and maintain strong investor engagement pipelines.
- The ideal candidate is highly organized, commercially aware, and eager to grow within the investment and fundraising space.
Key Responsibilities
- Support outreach efforts to HNIs, family offices, and private investors
- Assist in preparing and sharing investment materials, pitch decks, and investor communications
- Maintain and update investor databases, pipelines, and CRM systems
- Conduct background research on potential investors and capital firms
- Track investor engagement, follow-ups, and meeting schedules
- Support the team in deal preparation, due diligence, and documentation
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and investor follow-ups
- Provide regular updates and reports on outreach activities and pipeline progress
Performance Indicators
- Number of investor leads identified and engaged
- Quality and consistency of follow-ups and pipeline updates
- Support provided in securing investor meetings
- Contribution to successful deal execution and investor onboarding.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in finance, sales, business development, or a related role
- Prior exposure to investor relations, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong interest in investment, fundraising, and capital markets
- Good understanding of financial concepts and investment products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive investor information
