Job Title: Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor

Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ikeja for an Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor at Arik Air.
- The role involves overseeing and scheduling routine maintenance, coordinating repair operations, supervising maintenance staff, and ensuring the compliance of maintenance activities with aviation regulations and safety standards.
- The supervisor will also inspect completed maintenance tasks and manage documentation for maintenance activities to ensure accuracy and regulatory adherence.
Qualifications
- Relevant certifications such as Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license or equivalent
- Proven expertise in Aircraft Maintenance and PowerPlant operations
- Experience with Aircraft systems and Inspection procedures
- Strong Supervisory Skills with an ability to lead and manage a team
- Familiarity with aviation safety standards and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Previous experience with large carrier operations is a plus.
