Job Title: Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and drawings
• Prepare construction documentation
• Coordinate with engineers and contractors
• Ensure compliance with regulations
• Conduct site supervision when needed Lead design teams
• Review and approve drawings
• Client engagement.

Requirements
Education:

• B.Sc / M.Sc. in Architecture
• Registered with relevant professional body (eg. ARCON).

Experience:

• 5-10 years experience

Skills:

• Design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
• Creativity and technical detailing
• Building regulations knowledge
• Project coordination

• Excellent organizational and time managementabilities
• Ability towork under pressure and meet deadiines
• High lovelofintegrity and professionalism
