Job Title: Loan Review Officer

Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced Loan Review Officer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate must have solid experience in Fintech loan operations, customer verification, and credit assessment.
• This is a fast-paced role that requires accuracy, strong communication skills, and excellent analytical abilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct phone verification of prospective customers’ data (personal information, employment, income, etc.).
• Ensure the validity, accuracy, and completeness of all credit application documents.
• Contact employers, referees, and other related parties to validate information provided by applicants.
• Analyze verification findings to support informed credit approval decisions.
• Input, update, and maintain verification results and applicant information in the system.
• Escalate suspicious or unverifiable information to the appropriate team.
• Comply with company verification standards and timelines.

Requirements

• 1–2 years experience in Fintech loan operations, verification, credit review, or a similar role.
• Strong ability to analyze customer information and identify inconsistencies.
• Good knowledge of customer onboarding, loan processes, and KYC/verification procedures.
• Excellent communication skills—confident speaking with employers, referees, and customers.
• Proficiency in using verification tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must reside within Ogba, Ikeja, or 40 minutes away (Lagos Mainland).
• Must be available to work Monday through Saturday.
• Must be available for immediate employment.

Salary
N110,000 monthly.
