Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Regional Sales Manager will drive revenue growth, manage field sales teams, develop key customer relationships, and execute the national sales strategy within an assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve regional revenue targets and break them down into state and individual sales rep goals.
  • Monitor sales performance, implement corrective actions, and prepare weekly zone reports.
  • Lead and coach sales reps and merchandisers through field visits and joint customer engagements.
  • Manage key accounts, negotiate supply agreements, and onboard new major customers.
  • Track product availability, pricing, shelf visibility, and competitor activity in the market.
  • Coordinate with operations, hub managers, and customer service to ensure stock replenishment and resolve escalated client issues.
  • Oversee credit balances, collections, and ensure adherence to payment terms.ey Responsibilities:
  • Achieve regional revenue targets and track sales performance.
  • Manage and coach sales reps and merchandisers; conduct field visits.
  • Develop and maintain key accounts; negotiate supply agreements.
  • Provide market intelligence, forecasts, and coordinate stock and collections.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years in FMCG / Consumer goods sales and 2+ years managing a sales team.
  • Strong leadership, CRM, negotiation, and market analysis skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region; valid driver’s license.

Salary
N200,000 monthly + Other benefits.
