Job Summary 

  • We are seeking motivated and results-driven fresh graduates to join our team as Financial Sales Executives.
  • The ideal candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling financial products and services, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new clients through various channels (field visits, referrals, digital platforms).
  • Promote and sell financial products such as loans, investment products, and other financial services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct client needs assessments and recommend suitable financial solutions.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to the management team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience (NYSC members or recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of financial products and services is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
