Location: NASCON - HO, Lagos
Job Summary
- Responsible for developing all project design concepts and preparing drawings, sketches, diagrams, and digital models using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or Rhino.
Job Responsibilities
- Produce detailed architectural drawings (plans, elevations, sections).
- Prepares construction documents and specifications.
- Ensure drawings comply with building codes, standards, and regulations

- Conduct site analysis (climate, topography, cultural context).
- Research materials, sustainable design practices, and innovative construction methods.
- Support the project team in coordinating with engineers, contractors, and consultants.
- Maintain communication logs and project documentation.
Requitements
Qualification / Experiences:
- HND / Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.).
- 3-5 years of experience with Practical training under licensed architects.
- Experience leading projects from concept to completion.
- Familiarity with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- Commitment to ethical practice and sustainability.
Competence:
- Strong leadership, communication and writing skills, and the ability to make presentations.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork skills, and excellent attention to detail.
- Building Codes, Fire & H&S Compliance
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- Dispute resolution.
- Understanding engineering science, construction, and technology.
- Understanding current buildings, health, and safety regulations.
- Computer literacy and confidence using office and electronic project management programs.
