What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives that drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners
- Oversee the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
- Coach and mentor team members to build a high-performance sales culture
- Provide sales insights, forecasts, and performance reports to management.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in technology, telecommunications, or gadget retail
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Experience with CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
