Job Title: Medical Sales Representative

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products to hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals , while building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and detail company products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Generate sales and achieve assigned targets within the territory.
• Identify and onboard new customers (pharmacies, hospitals, distributors).
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct regular field visits and product presentations.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability at client locations.
• Gather market intelligence and report competitor activities.
• Submit daily and weekly sales reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in a science-related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Benefits

• Salary: N400,000 - N450,000 monthly plus commission on all products sold.
• Additional benefit: Official company car provided.
