Job Summary
- Our client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales and revenue generation within the Tech Business Education institute, contributing to the overall growth.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships (including HMOs and corporate organizations), and implementing initiatives that increase Trainees acquisition and revenue.
- The role requires a highly motivated individual who can combine strategic thinking with strong sales execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue for the institute and the organization as a whole.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through corporate partnerships, walk-in clients, and referral channels.
- Establish and manage partnerships with Corporate organizations, and other strategic partners.
- Drive client acquisition through effective sales presentations, networking, and relationship management.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, prospects training needs, and new growth opportunities within the Tech Business Training.
- Work closely with the management team to develop sales targets and business growth plans.
- Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, partnerships, and business development activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any related field
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role.
- Experience in the Training institutes and Tech ndustry is an added advantage.
- Experience working with Corporate sector is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close sales that contribute to revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a self-driven work environment.
