Job Summary

  • Our client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales and revenue generation within the Tech Business Education institute, contributing to the overall growth.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships (including HMOs and corporate organizations), and implementing initiatives that increase Trainees acquisition and revenue.
  • The role requires a highly motivated individual who can combine strategic thinking with strong sales execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue for the institute and the organization as a whole.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through corporate partnerships, walk-in clients, and referral channels.
  • Establish and manage partnerships with Corporate organizations, and other strategic partners.
  • Drive client acquisition through effective sales presentations, networking, and relationship management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, prospects training needs, and new growth opportunities within the Tech Business Training.
  • Work closely with the management team to develop sales targets and business growth plans.
  • Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, partnerships, and business development activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any related field
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role.
  • Experience in the Training institutes and Tech ndustry is an added advantage.
  • Experience working with Corporate sector is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close sales that contribute to revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a self-driven work environment.
