Job Title: Financial Accountant

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are recruiting a detail-driven Financial Accountant to manage financial reporting and support the day-to-day accounting operations of a real estate company.

Role Overview

• The Financial Accountant oversees financial reporting, maintains accurate accounting records, and ensures compliance with statutory and regulatory standards while supporting business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements (VAT, PAYE)
• Monitor and report on cash flow, budgets, and financial performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline with 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience (real estate experience is an advantage)
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Good understanding of Nigerian tax laws and compliance requirements.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / Month.
