Job Description
As a Chef De Partie you will be working closely with your Sous Chef in contributing towards the delivery of quality food to all our guest at a consistent level while demonstrating a good understanding of food hygiene and safety in the kitchen to set a good example for your junior chefs in the kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all food production achieved on a satisfactory level or beyond the company brand standards
- Working effectively with all kitchen staff to ensure a high level of customer service standards
- Demonstrate and practice high working hygiene and safety in the kitchen
- Exercise cost control in minimizing wastage and spoilage of our resources
Requirements
- Previous work experience of the same position
- Able to lead and be a good team player
- High level of communication skills so as to lead and instruct effectively
- Must practice high level of hygiene standards
