Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Sales to lead our Sales and Business Development teams.
- The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, develop and execute go-to-market strategies, and build strong client relationships in the technology/telecommunications industry
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and strengthen the revenue pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and OEMs.
- Drive new business development through networking, pitches, and proposals.
- Monitor sales metrics, prepare forecasts, and present reports to senior management.
Requirements
- nterested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT/Technology Sales leadership.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of cloud technology, cybersecurity, hardware/software solutions, and OEM partnerships.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
