Job Title: Head of Sales

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Sales to lead our Sales and Business Development teams.
  • The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, develop and execute go-to-market strategies, and build strong client relationships in the technology/telecommunications industry

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and strengthen the revenue pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and OEMs.
  • Drive new business development through networking, pitches, and proposals.
  • Monitor sales metrics, prepare forecasts, and present reports to senior management.

Requirements

  • nterested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT/Technology Sales leadership.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud technology, cybersecurity, hardware/software solutions, and OEM partnerships.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
