Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Job Summary
- The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. The role involves managing front office operations, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries promptly.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it remains neat and organized
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure adherence to security procedures.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to relevant departments.
- Handle basic office documentation and filing tasks.
- Assist with office coordination and other assigned administrative duties.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in any related field with 0-3 years experience
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or Administrative Assistant is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 / Month.
