Job Title: Digital Storefront Manager
Location: Lagos

Works Closely With: Web Manager, Production Team, Customer Experience Team, Inventory/Store Team
Role Purpose
- The Digital Storefront Manager is responsible for managing our client's online storefront and ensuring that the digital customer journey is smooth, accurate, responsive, and aligned with brand standards.
- This role oversees website updates, stock uploads, email marketing, website order follow-up, and client communication related to online orders.
- The Digital Storefront Manager serves as a key operational link between the website, the customer, and the internal fulfillment process, ensuring the digital storefront is visually polished, commercially effective, properly maintained, and supported by timely communication and follow-through.
Core Responsibilities
Website Management:
- Manage the daily operation of the website
- Ensure all product listings are accurate, current, and properly presented
- Update product names, descriptions, pricing, sizing details, and images
- Upload new stock and promptly update or remove sold-out items
- Monitor and resolve website errors (broken links, incorrect pricing, stock inconsistencies)
- Maintain a clean, functional, and visually aligned website
Email Marketing:
- Plan and execute weekly email marketing campaigns
- Develop content for launches, restocks, promotions, and customer updates
- Ensure all communication aligns with brand voice and identity
- Support customer retention and conversion strategies
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize future campaigns
Order Management & Client Communication:
- Monitor website orders from confirmation to fulfillment
- Respond to all customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Provide regular updates to customers via email or messaging
- Track all orders and ensure no delays or missed follow-ups
- Maintain a high standard of customer communication
Internal Coordination:
- Liaise with the production team on all website orders
- Track timelines and escalate delays when necessary
- Collaborate with the Web Manager to improve website performance
- Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- 2–4 years experience in digital operations, e-commerce management, or a similar role (fashion/retail industry preferred)
- Strong understanding of website management and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar)
- Experience in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar platforms)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
- High level of responsiveness and accountability, especially in handling customer communication
- Ability to analyze data, track performance, and implement improvements
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues appropriately
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity and communication
- Proficiency in basic digital tools (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, reporting tools, etc.)
- Strong sense of brand alignment, presentation, and customer experience
- Experience in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage
