About the Role

• We are seeking a results-driven and student-focused Student Recruitment Counsellor to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the study abroad process, from initial inquiry to final enrollment, while meeting recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional counselling to prospective students on study abroad opportunities.
• Assist students with course selection, applications, and admission processes.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
• Participate in marketing activities such as fairs, school visits, and webinars.
• Keep accurate records of student interactions and application progress.
• Meet and exceed assigned recruitment targets.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• Previous experience in student recruitment, sales, or customer service is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with a passion for helping students achieve their goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.
