Role Overview
- The Receptionist will manage front desk operations and serve as the face of the organization, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to visitors and clients.
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office coordination.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle basic administrative duties.
- Support internal teams with clerical tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND qualification.
- Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good appearance and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer skills.
Salary
N150,000 per month.
