Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to manage customer interactions, ensure satisfaction, and support smooth daily operations within our food service business.
• The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handle inquiries and complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries, orders, and complaints both physically and via phone or digital platforms
• Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues while maintaining professionalism
• Process orders accurately and coordinate with kitchen and service staff
• Manage and monitor orders from delivery platforms (e.g., Chowdeck, Glovo, Bolt Food)
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback
• Support daily sales reporting and basic administrative tasks
• Ensure excellent service delivery in line with company standards
• Upsell products and promote ongoing offers or menu items

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND/HND/B.Sc. in any relevant field with 1–3 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in the food or hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary
N100,000 / Month.
