Job Title: Sales / Marketing Officer

Job Summary
- The Sales and Marketing Officer is responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting the company’s branding and printing services, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- The role involves developing marketing strategies, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for branding and printing services
- Generate leads and convert prospects into clients
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service offerings.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable branding/printing solutions
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Marketing & Promotion:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote services
- Create and manage content for social media platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn
- Run promotional campaigns and advertisements
- Support brand visibility through online and offline channels
Product Knowledge & Advisory:
- Have a strong understanding of printing materials, finishes, and branding techniques
- Advise clients on design, material selection, and cost-effective solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Order Management & Coordination:
- Liaise with the production/design team to ensure accurate job execution
- Follow up on orders from initiation to delivery
- Ensure quality standards are met before delivery.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain records of sales, client interactions, and transactions
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports
- Track leads, conversions, and performance metrics.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly sales revenue
- Number of new clients acquired
- Customer retention rate
- Conversion rate (leads to clients)
- Timeliness of order delivery
- Client satisfaction levels.
Key Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
- 1 - 3 years experience in sales/marketing (preferably in printing, branding, or advertising).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of digital marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools
- Customer-focused with problem-solving ability
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Working Conditions:
- May require fieldwork and client visits
- Occasional weekend work during peak periods
- Performance-driven environment
Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
