Job Duties
- Under general supervision, coordinates and tracks the movement of equipment, materials, and personnel within a Natural Work Area (NWA).
- Works directly with field personnel to ensure proper resources are allocated to meet service delivery requirements.
- Maintains scheduling board and reports on utilization of personnel and equipment.
- May serve as a backup to Area Resource Coordinator for sale order creation.
- Troubleshoots and resolves SAP order to cash issues to include but not limited to timely reconciliation of Sales Orders.
- Accountable for reporting and approving area OTC metrics.
- Ensures crew travel requirements meet applicable Health, Safety and Enviornmental guidelines.
- Promotes safety awareness and enviornmental consciousness and complies with HSE procedures and guidelines.
Requirements
- Skills are typically acquired through a High School Diploma or similar education and a minimum of 3 years experience as an Area Resource Specialist II or equivelant.
- Promotes and actively participates in the quality improvement process.
