Role Overview

• We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Family Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team.
• The Family Therapist will provide counseling and therapeutic support to individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, and promote emotional wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients.
• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions.
• Facilitate communication and conflict resolution within families.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Promote community wellness through outreach and education initiatives.

Qualifications

• BSc / HND in Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Professional licensure or certification as required by local regulations.
• Proven experience in family therapy or counseling.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
