Under Chidi Ajaere, the company rebranded from a traditional transporter to a technology-driven mobility platform, expanding to Ghana in 2019. It is now a key part of the GIG Group, specializing in digitized, comfortable road travel.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Captain, Relations Office

Location: Utako, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring and cubbing illegal activities during and after loading
• Captains’ welfare at terminal level
• Progressive discipline
• Support investigations and reports
• Constant communication with captains at terminal level
• Reinforce captain’s performance expectations at terminal level
• Support tracking and attendance of captains
• Regional terminal visitation and supervision of captains
• Coordinate captain fitness test including substance (alcohol and drug) test
• Monitor vehicle aesthetics (look and feel) captains resumption.
