Job Brief
- They are recruiting a business development manager to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand impact across clients and industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities aligned with business mandates across oil & gas and allied sectors and other viable sectors.
- Develop and manage a robust business pipeline for related services, contracts, and partnerships.
- Drive revenue growth through client acquisition, retention, and contract renewals.
- Provide management with insights and recommendations to improve competitiveness and positioning, etc.
Requirements
- HND/B.Sc in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in oil and gas sectors, consulting, and human development sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to lead initiatives independently and work collaboratively.
