We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Store Supervisor / Store Manager

Location: Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily store operations
  • Manage and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
  • Maintain proper visual merchandising and store presentation standards
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Handle cash management, POS transactions, and reconciliations

Requirements

  • OND/HND/B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–4 years experience in retail/store supervision or management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to drive sales and meet targets
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and reporting
  • Must be resident in Enugu or willing to relocate
  • Experience working in a franchise or retail chain is an added advantage.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
