We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Store Supervisor / Store Manager
Location: Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily store operations
- Manage and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Maintain proper visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle cash management, POS transactions, and reconciliations
Requirements
- OND/HND/B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2–4 years experience in retail/store supervision or management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to drive sales and meet targets
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and reporting
- Must be resident in Enugu or willing to relocate
- Experience working in a franchise or retail chain is an added advantage.
