Job Overview
- We are seeking a competent,dedicated and detail-oriented Production Officer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will oversee production processes, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and help drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate daily production activities.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain production schedules and meet output targets.
- Report on production performance and suggest improvements.
- Supervise and support production staff.
- Assist with inventory management of raw materials and finished goods.
- Ensure proper maintenance of production equipment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a food production or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and other food safety regulations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
