Job Description
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Officer to assist our sales team in driving revenue growth and ensuring seamless customer service operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate documentation
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to track order fulfillment
- Maintain updated customer records and sales databases
- Prepare sales reports, performance dashboards, and presentations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
- Monitor stock levels and communicate availability to customers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1-3 years experience in sales support, customer service, or FMCG environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Experience with ERP or sales management systems is an added advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
