Job Title: Accounts Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Summary

• As the Account Officer, you will manage financial records, invoicing, and account reconciliation while ensuring accurate reporting, timely payments, and effective client communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records including invoices, transactions, and petty cash postings
• Monitor receivables and payables, follow up on outstanding payments, and issue statements of account
• Prepare client quotations and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and financial records to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Support financial reporting, audits, and resolve discrepancies with internal teams and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• 2 - 4 years experience in accounting or finance roles
• Professional certification such as ICANor ATS is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Salary
