Job Title: Accountant

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• The Accountant will be responsible for managing all financial activities related to showroom sales, projects, and overall business operations.
• The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to provide financial insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Record all sales transactions and project-related payments accurately
• Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, and quotations tracking
• Monitor project costs, profit margins, and sales commissions
• Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
• Handle supplier payments and operational expenses
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports
• Manage staff salaries and commission structures
• Reconcile accounts and ensure financial accuracy
• Provide financial insights and support to management for decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or certification in Accounting or Finance
• Strong proficiency in Excel and accounting software
• Experience in construction or interior design business is an added advantage
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
